Thank you for all your efforts in designing and implementing landscaping for our home. Traci and I are literally blown away with the results. The quality of work provided by Pendleton Design Management is superior. How cool is it that a dad and his sons work together and create great work!

We have treasured our continued relationship with Pendleton Design Management and recommend them for your magnificent landscape. PDM was able to listen to our ideas and translate them into an outdoor living space that incorporates an exquisite tree and plant palette, in concert with a beautiful water feature, and a lovely pond that our grandchildren can play in and canoe. We have taken pleasure in entertaining family and friends for weddings and other events and are regularly complimented on the beautiful landscape that is both natural and enchanting. If you are considering having a Pendleton Designed landscape, move forward—don’t hesitate!

Dear Steve, It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation and endorsement for Pendleton Design Management. Some years ago you and I visited a 34 acre piece of property 1000 feet above and overlooking Salt Lake City and the Salt lake Valley that my wife and I had just acquired. As we walked the property and talked about what could be done to the place the home in a buildable area, keeping in mind the sensitive nature of the site. Your vision was to make sure that the finished product was a beautiful natural setting that literally looked like the landscaping had been there for a hundred years and the home had just magically been placed in the middle of the property. You and your team accomplished that and then some. We worked hand in hand with you, the building architect, construction manager and your team of professionals to accomplish our dream with a greater degree of success than I could have ever imagined. When completed, we had a beautiful trail head, historical site, and entry to our property that has become a treasure, not only for us, but for the public who utilize this area daily. Our 800 foot entry is enhanced by the placement of groves of trees, natural rock with pockets of native wildflower, grasses and areas of strategically placed Kentucky bluegrass for contrast. As we approached the front of the home which was North facing and close to a hill requiring terracing, your team placed a combination of Bigtooth Maples, White Fir, and native wildflowers that enhanced and beautified the area, keeping in tune with the environment, but also providing a refined look which met both our requirements and the community desire to maintain a natural look. Along with the terraces, two incredibly beautiful and functional waterfalls and a river were integrated into the landscape accented with pockets of White Fir, Japanese Maples, and an endless variety of indigenous plants including wildflowers and grasses. The water meanders throughout the upper property with natural stone bridges and massive rocks which appear to have been placed there for centuries. If anyone wants a piece of heaven on earth, they should contact Pendleton Design Management. We have continued with this process by contracting with Pendleton Design Management for the continued maintenance of our property in order to keep the same attention to detail year in and year out. Two other notable events was that our home was chosen by The Discovery Channel for airing on EPIC TV and the producer and crew indicated that they had never seen a home placed in such a beautiful environment. This was also echoed by the Editor of Utah Style and Design as they published two articles on our home. Thank you so very much, Steve, Jeremy, Joshua, Torbin and the rest of the team for a job not only well done, but inspiring.”
